Dr. Koly awarded the “Chevening Award”
Dr. Kamrun Nahar Koly, Assistant Scientist, Initiative for Non Communicable Diseases has been awarded the “Chevening Award” , this prestigious scholarship is given by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) of British Government. She will be pursing her MSC in Global Mental Health in Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN) based at Kings College London. She is also a D71 fellow.
Dr Sabrina awarded PhD
Dr. Sabrina Ahmed, Research Investigator, Initiative for NCD, HSPSD has recently obtained doctoral fellowship (PhD) awarded by The Ministry of Education, Sports and Culture, which is also known as (MEXT/ Monbukagusho) scholarship provided by Japanese government. This is the most prestigious scholarship offered by Japan government. She will leave for Japan in September and will be pursuing PhD in NCD research epidemiology. She is a D71 fellow.
